If I could give Andover Auto Body more than 5 stars, I would! From day one, the communication has been absolutely exceptional. I was leaving town and needed to drop my vehicle off after hours. They made the entire process easy by providing a secure key drop at the front door. My vehicle was parked under a covered canopy and monitored by security cameras, which gave me so much peace of mind. Their customer service has been outstanding. The receptionist is amazing. She always answers the phone, and when she says she'll call back, she actually does. Everyone has kept me informed every step of the way with phone calls, text updates, and progress reports letting me know when parts were ordered, when repairs were completed, and what stage my vehicle was in. They've also done a fantastic job communicating with the insurance company and coordinating everything with my rental car. When my insurance-covered rental expired before my vehicle was finished, they even provided me with a loaner vehicle. That level of customer care is rare. On top of all that, I learned they are a family-owned business, with multiple family members working together. It truly shows in how they treat their customers. They genuinely care, and it comes through in every interaction. Being in an accident is stressful enough, but Andover Auto Body made the repair process as smooth and worry-free as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs in the Wichita or Andover area. You won't find better communication or customer service anywhere.

Trey did a great job letting me know what needed done and kept me up to date on when my car would be finished. Amber was very helpful when I dropped of and picked up my car. The body work looks great. The painters did great. Paul, Boden and Christian did an awesome job detailing my car. Shane did great fixing a dent on my car. The staff at AAB is top notch!! So friendly and courteous.

I have taken my car to Andover Body Shop for big and small repairs. Jeff and his staff are outgoing and the personal service is outstanding, it’s obvious his employees enjoy working for him. For the big jobs, he worked with the insurance companies and had a loaner car available. On my last minor repair, the quote was spot on and my car was ready while I waited. I trust Jeff and his staff for quality and efficient care and to make each experience painless.

I have used Andover body Shop for big and small repairs. Jeff’s staff is friendly and outgoing and it’s obvious they enjoy working for him. For both of my large repairs, Jeff worked with the insurance companies, and had a nice loaner car readily available. For my smaller repair, the work was completed while I waited. Service and repairs are excellent and makes the inconvenience of having repairs done painless. I appreciate the attention given to my needs and the outstanding service.
