Although a belt moulding was damaged in the process, AAB took responsibility immediately and ate the cost of replacement. The repair is equitable to OEM and looks better than before.

I couldn’t be more happy with the work that Andover Body Shop did on my 2009 BMW Z4. After 15 years there were several blemishes that needed to be repaired. It looks as good as when I picked it up in Munich in 2009.

Finished before expected. Regular updates by text were nice. Very kind and professional both times we interacted. The Van was cleaned and vacuumed and could not tell the it had ever been damaged. Very smooth to use them for the repair.

Experience was fantastic, repairs look great, but after leaving found scratches (a 3" and a 1/2") on the other door that are below where I looked for the dent repair on that door. Unfortunately, I missed this while on your lot, so too late to do anything about it now. I don't expect anyone to believe me since I missed it while there, but went from over the moon with everything to fighting tears of disappointment.
