I enjoyed working with Shawn. I only needed minor repairs. He gave me suggestions to make my decision on how to proceed much clearer and easier. The estimate was fair and he gave me a little discount for being a cash customer. I really appreciate that!

It was a pleasant experience from the start. I made the first call and spoke with your front desk receptionist who was very helpful and pleasant. She set up to have Shawn look at my vehicle the same day. It was quick and easy.

Amazing customer service from every phone call and contact. The work provided was great. If there was any complaint, it would be that we had to wait awhile before our vehicle could be worked on. That is a good thing for your business that you were that busy, not so much for us. 🙂

I've never had an insurance claim nor sorry body work done. The first time I called, the process was explained to me so well. The estimate and drop off appts were hassle free. Communication was ongoing through the repair. My husband was able to drop off the rental car there when he picked up his SUV. I would recommend Andover Auto Body to anyone needing auto body work!
