Andover Auto Body was recommended by my State Farm Agent. My vehicle was hit at a very low speed by an inattentive driver turning into a parking lot where I was standing still. As a result we filed a claim with that drivers insurance, Shelter Insurance. After our claim was approved for repair, Andover Auto Body took the ball and ran with it, coordinating with Shelter to execute the repairs. After we received a check from Shelter based on the initial estimate, a few other minor hidden damages were discovered and the shop worked directly with Shelter, billing them direct for the extras without us having to handle any of it. They also provided an in-house car rental for the duration of the repairs. Everything went very smoothly our Lexus was repaired perfectly with no evidence that anything had happened to it. Their facility is impeccably clean and modern. It is a family owned business with many family members performing various roles with the facility. They are gracious and eager to please. I would not hesitate using them again in the future.
