Andover Auto Body took all the hassle out of the entire repair process. Jeff, Alex, and Trey were amazing through the entire process. It never felt like I had to ask them for a status, or track them down. They were proactive in all their communication, had a great perspective, and we extremely customer focused throughout the process from estimation to repair. Unfortunately I have had to work with a couple auto body shops in my lifetime, this was the most painless and easy to manage process throughout. Jeff is an amazing talent, and his customer focus is top notch. I have recommended Andover Auto Body to multiple people already, and will continue to advocate for them.
