Everything was explained thoroughly and I felt that I was given a fair price. They also worked smoothly with Enterprise rental. They picked me up when I dropped off may car and after car was repaired, Andy Mohr handled rental car pick-up at there place. It was the easiest insurance repair I have ever experienced.

Tommy and his team were awesome, we showed up after hours and Tommy unlock the doors and let us in and help us. He was super thorough. Explained everything to us -followed back up, sent an estimate over quickly and was professional and also very friendly. Told me the timeline of expected finish and followed through with what he said. Highly recommend using them. Great service!! Will be coming back!!

Was happy to get the texts with updates, however never got a text saying car was Actually complete just one saying. “Thanks for Picking up your car” but hadn’t. Car looks beautiful!

On day 1 everything was great. I got an automated text with the the estimate and 1 from AllState approving, but I could drill into it to see what exactly was being fixed. Then got an automated text every 2-3 days saying everything was on schedule. Never got a call or text telling us it was finished.
