They did a great job on the repairs. They did a good job the first time they fixed it and I didn’t have to bring the car back for any issues with the replacement of the bumper

As always, Joe and his team, knocked it out of the park. As a parent of 5 we unfortunately visit the body shop a little more often than we'd like, but we always receive outstanding customer service at Auto Body Specialists. They are also a preferred vendor for State Farm so that makes our experience even easier. Once I make the claim and assign the shop, I have zero interaction with State Farm as the shop handles everything. The team is always smiling and friendly and provide accurate information.

Our experience was excellent. Everyone was very kind. My car looks like brand new again. We were so happy with the repairs after my car accident and will definitely recommend to everyone we know. Hopefully, we never have to have another repair but if we do, we know where we would go.
