Elaine was in contact with me every step of the way. She explained the process in going forward with body work covered by insurance, mechanical work needed that was not covered, and was patient with me, as I needed some time to sort out my finances before proceeding. Once we moved forward, she even called to let me know she'd ordered the parts needed, and called me when they came in, advising me of the expected completion time. Let me say this: Elaine provides warm, attentive, considerate customer service at a very high level and should be recognized for it! She's the Gold Standard!

Absolutely the best experience I have had to this day. Worked seamlessly with my insurance and got me in right away. Gave me updates twice a week and when I got it back my jeep looked like the day I got it from the dealer. Thank you caliber you guys are one of the best.
