Was happy to get the texts with updates, however never got a text saying car was Actually complete just one saying. “Thanks for Picking up your car” but hadn’t. Car looks beautiful!

On day 1 everything was great. I got an automated text with the the estimate and 1 from AllState approving, but I could drill into it to see what exactly was being fixed. Then got an automated text every 2-3 days saying everything was on schedule. Never got a call or text telling us it was finished.

I would have appreciated direct contact when it took 3 weeks to repair my car. Allegedly there was a “mechanical error” during that delayed my process, according to someone I spoke to in the shop? Instead of having to play investigator, being told this would have been nice. Lindsay at the front desk, however, did an amazing job answering my questions and getting back with me when needed.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The facilities were accommodating and clean. The waiting area had drinks if you needed to wait for a pickup. The car was repaired to our high expectations. They went beyond the area to touch up a couple of scratches. The delivery date was two days earlier than when promised. Brian was the person that I dealt with. He was professional and communicated the details of the repair. Thanks Andy Mohr Collision Center.

My poor car had taken a beating from a storm. I was afraid it was the beginning of the end. I was wrong because I had sense enough to take it to Andy Mohr Collision. Now my car looks beautiful and runs great!
