The only reason I give it a nine mostly is because of the price. Two other places had quoted me $400-$500 in brand new parts where as mine were 1088. Thatâs a significant difference even with some markup. I could have saved that money.

The three people who helped in my process, Greg, Grace, and the one at the front desk, all were very welcoming and up to the task. I was impressed that, though I came to their office two minutes past closing, they did the inspection, photos, estimate and paperwork for me on the spot. Thanks for a job well done.

After i talked to the guy and told him my exhaust was moved at least 4inches, he replayed you exhaust is fine, after my car was repaired they never offered a walk around, to look at the work. Not just on one occasion, but two. Weird

From the very first day, Gracie was incredibly professional/friendly/helpful. I left very pleased with the professionalism even though I arrived thinking that the office wasn't as nice as the other shops in town. As I had questions, they were answered in a very professional tone and method despite me calling in or having questions on site. The gentleman that helped me (Greg I think) when I dropped off the car was very knowledgeable (I am too so I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness) on exactly what steps the car would undergo during the repair. He was also extremely professional and friendly as well. When I picked up my car the team carried the same aforementioned traits all the way through. The driver was also excellent. All in all, I am extremely happy with the price, the quality (so far), the professionalism, the charisma, and the shop overall. This was now the most expensive shop but yet the best qualified in my opinion. I will be returning. (My black bumper seems to like to get scratched up for some reason).
