My biggest problem was with communication. All the employees I interacted with were very nice but the CRM system or whatever is used for tracking the progress was never updated. Completion dates were outdated and I would have to call to get updates. Everytime she checked the system there were no updates or notes and she would have to go talk to someone in the back to get an update. It was obvious that the back shop wasn’t putting in updated info about the progress of the vehicle. I didn’t mind a delay, I just wanted to be updated with accurate info and not have to be calling to plan around a schedule. I was 2 hours away and couldn’t just drive across town the moment it was ready. This was communicated several times but again, not noted in my file. And when I got my vehicle back it was dirty from being left outside in the rain after the repair. There were no instructions on when to wash it after the repairs. A note inside the car with recommended instructions would have been nice. It just felt like I was doing all the work.

Excellent service. Got my car back in better shape than I left it - fully detailed was a very nice touch! Awesome to have a quality and certified Tesla service provider!
