My car has run an extra 800 miles during the repair period, half a gallon of gas is missing and windshield wiper fluid is completely gone. My car is a brand new car, and I have never used the windshield wiper fluid before. I feel completely violated. I had to rent a car during the repair and someone else drove my car during the same time. This is not acceptable.

The repair was great. But after i picked my car, i noticed the windshield wiper fluid was gone. Because this is a brand new car, I have never used the windshield wiper fluid. Then I noticed that my car has an additional 800 miles while it should be sitting in the shop, and I had to rent a car during the repair process. Someone had been driving my car around without my permission.

The quality of service at Andy Mohr Collision Service was outstanding. The repair of my car was amazing. Though my car is a 2013, it looked new when I picked it up. Andy went above and beyond what the repair required. He even honored my requests that were not part of the damage that caused by the car accident, just because he cared. His heart is in his work. He genuinely cares about his customers and about the quality of his work. He and his entire staff were extremely kind and polite. You could feel the warmth and genuine care when you stepped into the reception area. I would recommend Andy Mohr Collision, without reservation to everyone that is in need of auto repair from a collision.
