My experience with Andy Moore Collision could not have been better! Tommy, listened to me. His knowledge of the business and customer service skills are the best! I truly appreciate him! I have to mention Lindsay also. She was exceptionally busy that day and still gave me great customer service!

The front passenger door was wet sanded (per request) however it was done too much and caused a burn through the clear coat. Body shop is repairing.

Strong 10, both professionally and personally you guys did a lot for me and my car to get back on track and did a lot to help me not feel stressed out and that's going the extra mile in my book for sure, I don't hope to come back but if I am ever in another accident I would not consider anywhere else.

The repair was overall great, just missed the fact I had tinted windows and replaced the window with an untinted window that lost me a few hours, but was paid for by Andy Mohr

Well first thing that got my attention was how polite the staff was. They are incredibly nice and kind that went a long way with me having chosen them to begin with. But When I first dropped my mustang off at Andy mohr collision and asked them if they could fix it because my car had been hit. I was a little worried about them being able to fix my car. However, I believe the GM is the guy I spoke to about my car and getting it fixed and he assured me they could do it, and I said, “okay, let’s do it” I waited for a little bit for insurance and stuff but after that it was a breeze all I had to do was wait and enjoy the rental I got to use. But when I got the call that my car was done I rushed to Andy mohr collision center to see my car and pick it up and I was completely shocked. My car looked brand new off the lot. When I opened the car door it smelled like a new car and looked like a new car as well. I was VERY impressed to say the least. Thank you guys! You were quick with getting my car worked on and I appreciated that a lot.

Sadly, the night before we picked up our car, it was driven in front of the building. The car’s lights were left on all night. We had to get a jump to be able to drive home. Other than that, we’re pleased with the work.
