New dash alert showed up at pickup—VSA now appears faulty and this wasn’t the case when we dropped the car off. Service on the other hand was excellent- Jeff and crew were very kind and professional- just don’t like new problems showing up.

Only negative so far is that I had given my cell to receive updates on the status of my car, but never received any. I finally called after 3 days when my car was supposed to be done in 1-3 to find out additional damage found and it would be another couple of days. Other than that everything was great. Easy in, easy out, they took care of communication with the insurance company paying for the damages and also took care of returning my rental car. Not to mention how thrilled I was to get back in my own car to find out it had been cleaned! Thank you

My main complaint was the lack of flexibility the adjuster had when it came to scheduling a time to bring the car in. I needed an afternoon appointment but they would only meet with me in the morning

They did a great job repairing my damages. The process was quick, smooth and easy. I hear a rattling noise sometimes when I drive, especially on the highway or windy, but not sure if its a fan or still something flapping from being broken. Overall all though, top quality and would recommend.
