I realize that the repairs might have taken a little longer than originally planned and expected but I also feel that given the time that Andy Mohr Collision took, the proper care and attention was taken to the complete repair of my vehicle so there would be no issue moving forward and 100% customer satisfaction. My issue was with the timing. It took way longer than I was told it would. Also, there was a ding on my passenger side that wasn't there when I turned it in. All of the work was done on the driver's side so not sure what happened there.
