Good repair, poor communication

Repair was first-rate, but communication was very poor. Left vehicle on Tuesday night, called late Wednesday to check progress and was told shipped front bumper was twisted and new bumper needed to be shipped, called early afternoon on Thursday and was told work to be completed late Thursday or early Friday, received call on Friday at 4pm to pick up vehicle at 4:30, had to request a specialty plate be restored to front bumper. Note, from Tuesday evening to Friday evening we received one phone call- to come get vehicle
