This was by far the worst experience that I have had with a car repair. The lack of communication back and forth with service and collision, being told bad information. You had my car for over 2 months no one would take ownership over my repair instead pointing fingers at each other. I will never use Andy Mohr service or collision again and as a result of this experience will never purchase again from Andy Mohr.

There is scratch/gouge marks in the new headlight they installed which looks to be from a screwdriver or item. The paint has runs in multiple places where they painted and the right side bumper is already scratched up from where it looks like someone tried to buff it.

Was not kept in the loop of what was going on with the car and the car was there for a total of just shy of three months. Andy Mohr Collision Center's Dave told us one thing where the Ford dealership doing the work told us another. Dave told us there was a repair insurance wouldn't cover and we would have to pay or they wouldn't do the repair. It turns out insurance would pay for it and Dave never contacted the insurance company to ask. This was the worst experience we've ever had with any dealership and we will not be back.
