Overall a 4. I dropped the car off and never once was contacted about the repairs or status of the repairs. Until it was completed. I myself contacted them regularly.

Dealing with Samatha at the front desk was perfect every time. Jeff Mowbray was hit and miss. At times Jeff was great. But Jeff failed in my mind leading me on for almost a month that I might be getting a loaner car that never happened.

My car was driven ~150 miles and the engine went out. My car is still not in my possession and I’m not sure why I’m filing this out yet. This is crap, not having a car for over 2 full months is ridiculous
