My whole experience with the collision center did not go well. I was only updated on progress when I would reach out and ask. My car took nearly 3 months to fix. When I got it back I was 9 months pregnant, due to have a baby any day and my car sounded like it wasn’t even safe to drive. I was told it was my brake pads and rotors which definitely would’ve been damaged in the wreck since I had to slam on my brakes multiple times because my tire was ripped off my car and my car went airborne a couple times and the only way to gain control and not flip was to keep braking. I explained this multiple times to the collision center and they said I could take it to Andy Mohr Service center to run a diagnostic test. I took it there and they could not get me in and told me I would have to try back in the morning sometime which was very inconvenient given I was due any day and just wanted my car safe to drive my new baby home in and didn’t have any extra time to bring my car back. Unfortunately I was so upset and trying not to add anymore stress to my pregnancy so my husband paid out of pocket and had to resort to taking my car elsewhere for new brake pads and rotors And my vehicle still makes the awful noise that the collision center claimed was brakes and rotors. So I’m stuck with a car that was not completely fixed from the accident I was in and I will not use the collision center ever going forward.

My headlight is out of place. The fender sticks out away from the car at the headlight, and there is a large gap between the hood and fender. It looks absolutely terrible. 6 weeks of waiting on this and this is what I get. Horrible.
