the repair was great, but the time frame was not correct. my insurance was given a time frame of 12 days for the service my vehicle needed, but it was kept for 44 days

When my vehicle was there for a week and I did not get an update, I called and was told that they didnt have my vehicle. then she called me back and said "oh we found it" communication was OK from then on. i returned my rental on June 28th. My car was still at the shop, i did not have a vehicle June 29th- July 5th. I was never offered a loaner car- i am not sure where the ball was dropped on this. My appraiser nor anyone at Andy Mohr offered it.

Basically I found out that my truck was hit in the back while I was at the shop and no one notified me. I don't see any serious damage but I don't know if there is any damage to my truck in the parts that aren't visible.
