The repairs took longer than they probably should have, but I suspect that it was because of all the hail damage vehicles that were in there for repairs. The staff was amazing as usual, very polite, very kind very accommodating. 10 out of 10

I have hail damage on my truck as well but I cannot convince my husband to come back to Andy’s so I’m afraid he’ll be going to Freer from now on. That’s something I’ve never done. Andy’s was always my go to but the service I received and the way I was treated last time wasn’t good.

If I would’ve gotten this 2 days ago my number score would’ve been zero. I had to return on three separate occasions to get my vehicle repairs completed. If someone would have walked me to my car and did a walk around upon completion that would not have happened. My keys were dropped on the desk and I was told I could go get my car. No one told me where my car was parked. The repairs have since been completed like I stated above after three visits to your shop.

Rex Bradley made everything right after the exchange I had with Kurt. I’ve worked with the public for over 35 years and one thing I know NOT to do is immediately tell someone “it’s not our fault”. Especially when no one was placing blame but simply stating a fact.
