The door that was replaced is missing the chrome piece that goes above the window. I have notified the shop twice about this issue. There is also paint overspray on the interior of my driver's side door.

They used my car without my permission and put an extra 1500 miles on it beyond the mileage of when I dropped it off to them

I went to Andy's because of the very positive experience I had when I brought my company vehicle in for hail damage repair. Once again, Andy's did not disappoint! The customer service I received was excellent and very friendly (as well as upfront with the information I needed). The damages they repaired on my car were great and like nothing ever happened (actually better). I will DEFINITELY return for body-related repairs/painting in the future!!

There is a scratch on the passenger side front bumper. There is a scratch next the passenger side mirror. Scratches on the inside the doors on the driver side. The door seals are poping and folded. The hood is miss aligned and the gabs are in even. On the driver side there is indenting in the headliner and plastic pieces are missing.
