I called the day before I was told the car would be ready and they said it wouldn’t be finished as they were waiting for a part to arrive. The next day, Friday, 12/20 I got a message that the car was ready to be picked up and they were open til 4. I had someone drive me to Angel’s at 3:30pm. The office was completely closed and there was no one anywhere to be found. I called on Monday, 12/23 to inquire and explained what had occurred. The person in the office who took my call was not at all apologetic and instead asked me if I went to the State Inspection area which I didn’t know existed. This struck me as really poor customer service and a total inability to be apologetic.

Angel's Auto Body did an excellent job fixing my bumper. Were very informative about the work they needed to do and accomplished it very quickly. The new bumper replacement is perfect. Thank you.
