What wonderful full-service! The repair job is more than excellent, in our eyes, it is superb. We are delighted with the skillful repair of our car and with the social skills of everyone we interacted with - especially Angel and his enthusiastic dog. Both are warm and welcome greeters, as well as interested listeners. Angel facilitates the conversation with me and helps with the process of filling out any form with respect and courtesy, so that he is crystal clear about what is needed, the price of the repair, and and long it will take. You had my car for three weeks and you still haven't finished the work. I have to bring it in again after the holidays to get the last parts put in. I don't understand why it is taking so long?

Everybody was courteous and helpful, the work done , and the pricing fair. Only other comment: your street needs to be repaired—it may be “old Vineyard “ , but it really should be improved for those of us without monster trucks.
