I am grateful for the really prompt and quick repair work, as well as great customer service team. But there are some parts of the front end repair I am not 100% pleased with. Due to this being an insurance claim, is there anything I can do?

While they did a great job fixing the damage, I didn’t appreciate getting my car back covered in dust and the inside driver side floor covered in dust prints. I also didn’t get any updates on my car while it was there for over 2 weeks. I would have appreciated if the car was at least hosed down before returning it and to be updated on the progress of car at least once within those two weeks. Thank you

An estimate of $2000 turned into a $5000 repair. When I picked the car up the pieces in the front didn’t fit evenly and I waited for a technician to fix it. I hope all the other pieces were more carefully installed.
