We were extremely pleased that the staff treated us with courtesy and respect, thoroughly explaining the process for repair and parts replacement and providing us with an estimated timeline as to completion of repairs. In addition, it was comforting to us that we were continuously kept apprised of the progress of the repairs on a regular weekly basis. In so far as the completed repairs, while we were away at the time of pickup, my brother, who picked up my vehicle, assured me of the quality of the work done and sent me a photo of the completed repairs. Working with Angel’s Touch was hands down the best experience I’ve had with a body shop. They provided an update on my car every week, which I appreciated. They also went above and beyond trying to get the backordered part my car needed, continually calling dealerships around the country to see if they had one in stock. To top it off, my car appeared to have been professionally detailed when I picked it up. It was cleaner than the day I bought it brand new!

Don't know what other questions will ask, so will now express my disappointment in the interior having been coated in ArmourAll. Floor mats slippery, same for the steering wheel. Is it good for leather?
