We were very disappointed with the minimal communication we received. Being told "when we call you, it will be ready" is unacceptable. It is understandable that more time was needed to finish repairs due to the snow storm, but weekly updates of "its not ready yet" was very frustrating.

The cleaning of the interior numerous stains on the seats surpassed my expectations. I was extremely happy with the way my car “Harold” was treated right from the beginning! The Geico adjuster Milton Pease was the greatest and once I got the car to Angels Touch I was very very impressed! Christina and Jane updated me weekly on what was being done and when I went to pick up Harold he had been detailed and looked absolutely gorgeous!!! Very professional people! Thank you so much!
