I had to bring car back after a few days. Noticed the hood of car wasn't on right.

I gave an 8. I had to bring the car back to have the hood re-set and the shop didn't really keep me informed on what was going with the car. I had to do all the calling to get updates. Plus the shop had my car for 2 weeks, which I thought was a little to long.
