There was a little bit of sloppiness, not in the quality of the work, but in the care to clean up after the work. The issues were addressed by James and Brian was great at making sure the repairs were right when the insurance company tried to take a short-cut.

After my car was towed there, I arrived a little after and the woman her name is Kelly, was amazing. She gave me some very helpful hints about the insurance and just other things, a parked car getting hit is stressful enough having to go into an Auto Body Pl. and not understanding is awful, but Kelly was spot on and made me feel like I was gonna be OK.
