The hood and fender are not properly aligned. I am not certain that a bad piece was actually replaced with a new part. Cherish told me not to expect perfection. Progressive told me that my truck should be returned to me like it was before the accident. I am going to contact Progressive about this.

My hood and passenger fender were not properly aligned at the time of pick up. I should not have been called if the repair was not complete. There is a blemish on one of the outer body panels that Cherish pointed out to me. She said, "that no repair is ever perfect."
