Madison Heights Apex does great work but their customer communication leaves alot to be desired- updates and return --calls were not followed through--everyone friendly and plesant to deal with -there is just a lack of information

Joe called me and said he wasn’t happy with the way the paint looked and said i would like to redo it and make it look better!! After picking my truck up there were couple things that came in damaged and told me he reordered the parts and at my convenience bring the truck back and he will put them on! I truly believe any other shop would’ve just put the stuff on and not worry about how it looked. Joe and his team went anove and beyond my expectations!! Great group of people to work with
