The body work is great. However, I emailed you that somehow one of your technicians left a big scratch on the driver’s seat. I have been very careful with the interior of the car, so that is a real disappointment.

I noticed that my emblem on the side of the vehicle was missing a letter which was there before I turned over my vehicle to them. The repair workers probably used to much water pressure when cleaning the vehicle. I would reach out about this incidence, but I do not want to deal with them again.
