I had the misfortune of needing their services twice now and they did a great job each time. You cannot tell that my BMW was hit pretty good in the rear. And my Dodge truck looks great after grandson deer damage to the front end . I reccomend them highly if you have vehicle damage. Great staff and atmosphere.

Just to many things missed had to bring back there because you blowed fuses and obviously didn't test the things you removed or replaced. I had to connect washer fluid back up because you left it loose. Quality control was non existing

Your system has some serious issues you either have my name on 2 different cars or something you keep calling asking when I'm going to pick up car that I picked up 3 weeks ago. And also did this survey. I am actually not very pleased you didn't check anything that was repaired had to bring it back to yall to fix some and I had to fix some because it became obvious you wasn't checking anything

From start to finish, our experience was awesome with APEX. Joe was up front and honest about everything that needed to be done. He explained the process and promised to send text messages to update us on the progress of repair, in which he did. When we picked up our vehicle, Joe told us everything that was done and reminded us about the lifetime guarantee on his work. We can’t say enough about the professionalism that APEX has. Super friendly staff, were very upfront about what they were going to do and did the job in a very reasonable amount of time. They also vacuumed out the vehicle which was an unexpected surprise!
