For the same reasons as I rated my satisfaction. Everything is perfectly fine for me personally but I work in the automotive industry so I saw things that could've been fit a little better. I'm a very easy customer, all I wanted was my truck back but there are people out there who would be way more picky about certain things.

Only giving this an 8 because I don't love how the upper bumper cover fits but everything else is great. Took a few days for the new wheel to feel like was in place now that's great as well. I can't even tell a difference from the way it felt to drive before the accident to the way it feels now. I definitely appreciate the quick turnaround from drop off to pick up and I've had several compliments on the color matching as far as the paint. So thank you for everything you did and thanks for getting my truck back to me as quickly as you did.

You guys did everything you could've. Just wish we had time to look over things before I drove it off the lot. I picked it up close to closing time on a holiday weekend so I completely understand.
