The actual repair looks great. Unfortunately two moldings were damaged and there is a new shallow paint chip. However the customer service to take care of the issues was excellent.

We had to wait too long for the parts to come in according to the agent at Woodcock. What would’ve been a good suggestion was to let us drive the car while waiting for the parts because the damage was in the rear. So we were happy with the work done, but unhappy with the time we had to wait.
