I'm very happy with the work Apple did on my car and they even cleaned the inside (as well as the outside) of the car! They kept in almost daily text contact about the progress and estimated completion date. I hope to never need auto body work again, but if I do I will definitely go back to Apple! Very friendly and communicative!

Workmanship,timing and updates were all excellent.However, I had to downgrade rating because of the lack of transparancy. Very disappointing. I was very surprised when I later saw on my statement that you charged me MORE than my deductible. Apparently you have an up charge for credit card use that no when mentioned when I was paying. It just would have been nice and showed a little more integrity if you offered me the option. This was just something else added on to dealing with getting the car fixed from the accident.

Let me say that these people at Apple, are truly truly caring and helpful to their clients. I am so happy that Allstate has them on the list. They are amazing and even if I have to go one day on my own to get a repair done to my vehicle, not associated with the assurance company. I will do so they are trustworthy and their repair technicians are amazing. You never know that anything had ever happened to your vehicle and your vehicle comes back so beautiful beautifully clean amazing amazing is all I can say about Apple auto body.
