To Whom It May Concern, I was very satisfied and happy with the work done on my jeep. They were very professional and catering to my needs. For example offered to drive me to the car rental. The front end service (Mike) was highly remarkable and greatly appreciative. Coming from the city you always have your guard up and your senses on high for anything that comes across as shady or a scam especially with repair shops However, with Apple Auto Body they gave me a new outlook. From the first day of the consultation to the last picking up my car, they were always respectful, ttansparent and responsive to any questions and/concerns I had. Absolutely amazing customer service. Having a car that requires body work is highly stressful. John has the ability to explain things easily in layman terms. Answers all questions & is extremely knowledgeable. The same can be said for Anthony. I needed additional work & Anthony was most helpful. Apple is the greatest. They saw my car around 24 hours after the accident. They fixed it, right there, so I can drive as they were waiting for the parts for a week. Then it took a week to fix. They kept me informed by text everyday to update me about the car. It was a great experience, and the car looks like new.
