We have more than 35 years in the collision repair industry and our Shop is staffed with professional auto body repairs specialists, auto body painter's technician, as well as highly trained collision auto body repair estimators. Together, we work as a team to accurately assets vehicle damages and coordinate repairs necessary to get your vehicle back on the road safely and to its original factory pre-crash condition. Our Personnel are constantly attending classes to keep up with the ever-changing auto repair industry through I-CAR certification. The body work and repair bumpers was okay . Did not like front license plate was not installed. My car needed a detail buffing you did do that not free charge me extra

The repair you did was okay one of the license plate was missing from the front bumper. Also your body shop could have touch up the trunk hood top of the car detail buffing and charge me.

One of your service guys was giving me an estimate for body work to repair my 2012 Honda civic. His customer service skills was very poor will take my 2012 civic some other body shop for estimate and repair.

Everything was great! My car was clean inside and out! The process was smooth. The people were professional and accommodating! I couldn't pick up my car when it was ready because I was out of town, but they were true to their word and kept it safe and impeccable for me until I picked it up. They forgot to replace the door moldings, but said that they will call me in a few days to do it.

The care and professionalism really shows. My car went in looking like it got hit by a boulder and came out looking better than when I bought it. The people that worked there were also very easy to work with and explain everything very well. I never felt like it was a hassle to get information on my vehicle. I only marked it down because my tire pressure sensors stopped working afterward but that could be due to the shop that did the alignment. Other than that this is a top tier shop.

The experience with A&R was definitely a different experience. I love the daily updates on the progress of my vehicle. They held things pretty professionally. Customer Service was very good. I received my vehicle back on the estimated finished date, no delays. My vehicle was cleaned inside and out upon return and the repair looks darn good. Overall I’m happy with the service, just had a small mishap with my key fob.
