We have more than 35 years in the collision repair industry and our Shop is staffed with professional auto body repairs specialists, auto body painter's technician, as well as highly trained collision auto body repair estimators. Together, we work as a team to accurately assets vehicle damages and coordinate repairs necessary to get your vehicle back on the road safely and to its original factory pre-crash condition. The experience with A&R was definitely a different experience. I love the daily updates on the progress of my vehicle. They held things pretty professionally. Customer Service was very good. I received my vehicle back on the estimated finished date, no delays. My vehicle was cleaned inside and out upon return and the repair looks darn good. Overall I’m happy with the service, just had a small mishap with my key fob.

My window sticker was thrown away causing great stress. Also, my vehicle would not pass emissions inspection so I could not get my plate sticker even though no warning lights were on. One piece missing near rear view mirror, it was ordered. The manager did agree to pay for missing sticker and any tickets I get as a result of this. I still have to take off half day from work to address this and get replacement sticker because you have to do this in person, can not get it on line. I feel I should be compensated for my half day of lost hours at work. (4). Otherwise, body work was great. Thank you Linda
