Loved the work that was done on my vehicle, it looked partially new. The paint job was great, it looked as if it had never been in an accident. They even cleaned the inside, and I know that was a lot, so I appreciated that a lot. Customer service is great!!!

The job isn't finished and two pieces are missing. I asked for a picture of the undercarriage and it was never sent. Well, when i finally got a look underneath the car where the catalytic converter was replaced, i noticed that the undercarriage covering wasn't replaced They're is also a piece of trim for the car that hasn't been replaced. Please address these matters

Stephanie and Giovanni are both AMAZING. Very empathetic, patient & friendly people. Just good people & Giovanni is thorough and made my car look brand new! It’s also the cleanest & most organized shop I have ever seen. Having had my car stolen and recovered was trauma & so was then losing one of my dogs so it’s been a heavy time for me but Stephanie & Giovanni were extremely kind and I will write a Google review of praise.
