I am very pleased with the quality of the repair and with the updates I was sent as my repair job progressed. Like other reviewers, I had used City Body in the past but was not sure whether the quality of the work would be the same with the new ownership. However I am pleased to say that the quality of the work and service is as good, if not better, than what I received in the past from City Body. I will gladly recommend Arbisi's City Body Shop to anyone who needs motor vehicle body repair.

The best autobody shop I've ever worked with. The people who work here are wonderful; Sheila, the owner, and Dana were sincere, honest and fair with their estimates of the damage to my girlfriend's Lexus. They worked with me on focusing repairs so I could afford everything I wanted done and this was after I had told them that I had been to multiple autobody shops in rockford and was getting estimates that were way too high for the work needed. Not only did my girlfriend's car come out looking BRAND NEW, but I saved money from what my insurance company offered to pay out for the collision damages the car sustained). I've meant to write a review for how happy we are having found them for months now. They DESERVE your business.
