Each update came with an excuse, the first delay was due to the tech being out, then some clips were broken, then another broken peice, waiting for parts etc.

I was very pleased with the outcome of repairs needed for my car, I give all the credit to Ken. He was extremely helpful and professional. He presented a fair estimate that was workable for us.
