I believe they did more work to the vehicle than was necessary just to drive the cost up.

The service manager knew before taking in my vehicle that I was NOT able to pay my deductible at time of delivery. Yet he took my car anyways and then proceeded to hold it hostage until I could come up with the money. Causing extra expense and undue stress. He would NOT allow me to set up ANY FORM of payment arrangements and was not nice about it.

Overall, the repair was very satisfactory. There was no windshield wiper fluid added to the new wiper fluid reservoir, which I?m sure was just an oversight.
