I have been back twice for an alignment and still have the same issue with steering wheel not straight.

Brian is great to deal with in the auto body shop. Alicia is marginal. She is not accommodating a lot of times and doesn't carry over customer vehicle information to the mechanic fully in order to diagnose an issue.

Good job on the truck the line don't line up dead on but there are a lot of reasons for that. I can live with it the way it is. Otherwise I am very pleased to have my truck back. Thanks alot
