Ryan at the collision center was awesome , overall cleanliness of vehicle after having over a month was poor as we detailed it right before we gave it to them both interior and exterior of parts not repaired where dirty and dust covered, left rear door repaint left fish eyes and color does not match. 2 remaining dents on right rear door above handle and lower rocker . I still have to go over everything in the daytime on Saturday and see if there is any other concerns . If Ryan hadn’t taken over half way through this review would be much worse . I’m just overall surprised spending $21,000 in body repairs that the truck was not cleaned or any extra customer satisfaction was given .

Ryan was good after he took over, there still is debt by handle and lower rocker in right rear door , left side rear passenger door discolored , and orange peel down left side trying to blend . Overall DISSAPOINTED truck was detailed prior to drop off and truck returned dirty and dusty . With a $21,000 repair and having for over a month I expected better customer satisfaction for final product the truck only has 16,000 miles and is almost 4 years old it’s immaculate so I expected the same to be returned.

Tracy at the body shop downtown went above and beyond to get the best part ordered at the lower price, had it delivered and scheduled my truck to be there- all great timing and my truck was out the door in about an hour. Keith and Dana got everything in motion and Tracy hit the home run!
