I recently had my car serviced after my sunroof shattered. I want to commend Tracey for her excellent customer service—she was helpful, communicative, and made the repair process as smooth as possible from a customer experience standpoint. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the cleanup after the repair. While the sunroof itself was replaced, it’s clear that not all of the shattered glass was removed. I can still hear glass rattling around in the roof area when I go over bumps, and it sounds like it’s scratching along the cloth visor. This makes me question the thoroughness of the cleanup work and whether the job was completed with the attention to detail it required. I appreciate the service overall, but I do hope the team takes more care in fully resolving issues like this in the future.
