This was my first time having to use a collision service after an object fell on my tailgate. I was surprised to learn the deep scratches on my new car would need more than a buffing out, and I was admittedly quite upset by the prospect. Vic and Kevin soothed my anxiety, explaining every detail of how the repair would work, along with the timeline, and guided me through the insurance claim process. They even somehow managed to have my car ready early ahead of the holidays, which I greatly appreciated. They did a fantastic job, leaving my vehicle looking even nicer than before the incident. On top of this, they were kind and compassionate, thoughtful and responsive. A true class act. It was so easy from start to finish, I almost want to say I can't wait for future car damage so I can work with them again. :)

I am very satisfied they went above and beyond to help me after my accident. I don’t know how i would have done it without them. I was called for every step of the process.
