Apart from the repair work itself, which was perfection (these guys are artists), they took care of me from start to finish, patiently provided clear explanations every step of the way, successfully dealt with my insurance company, couldn’t be nicer, and to top it off, they are honest! Highly recommend….and I’m a very picky person.

My experience was excellent from the customer service and communication throughout the process. I also loved that the facility was clean and inviting. The service was done before they told me it would be which made me very happy. When I came to pick up my car they had washed my car inside and out and it looked great.

Arista did a great job at restoring my car to its original shape. The only drawback was that the work took 2 months but I understand the delay was due to Tesla delaying the delivery of the car parts.

I’ve had many experiences with body shops in my life. No one is better than Arista!!! Vartan, Vick and Arbi are three of the most honest guys in the automotive industry!
