I had such an amazing experience with Arizona Collision Center! From start to finish, their communication was top-tier they kept me informed every step of the way, which made the entire process so much less stressful. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention they put into my vehicle. You can tell they truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. When I got my car back, it was in incredible shape, and the extra detail they put into it meant a lot to me especially since I personally put so much time and effort into maintaining my vehicle. I can wholeheartedly say this is a company you can fully trust with your body work. They are absolutely phenomenal! A special shoutout to Whitney, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly communicative, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and was genuinely dedicated to making sure everything with my vehicle was handled perfectly.

What started out as a bad situation (hit and run) turned into a great experience! the guys over at Arizona collision really took care of us and made us feel welcomed and well informed. The entire process took far too long, much of that due to issues with the insurance company. Appreciate the efforts ACC took to keep us on track.

The roof modeling that was to be removed and replaced on every estimate that sent to the insurance provider was never done. I also believe that the passenger side glass that showed no need for replacement was probably damaged by their people and they passed that cost on to the insurance company like it was original damage. I would not recommend their use nor would I recommend the use of Salem Boys that made the recommendation to go here. A job that was quoted as going to take 3 weeks took much longer because they didn’t understand the payment language being used by the insurance company. I was only my intervention that got the direct payments rolling to them. Run away from any one who would recommend this group

I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness from Sydney and Travis. The detail explanation given for the vehicle body work that needed to be done was easy to understand.
