My car was fixed as promised even better than i expected. The paont matched completly. Truely a perfect job i love it. However, at the beging i was left waiting with no word. I actually started making appointments with other shops because it was so long. I repeated had tp call for everythng to find out there was an answer that i could have gotten. So, the work exellent the customer service poor.

Amazing experience with Arizona Collision Center! They are patient, friendly, easy to work with, and have incredible customer service. I was always promptly greeted, they were always willing to answer my questions with a smile. The communicated any changes and kept me in the loop the whole process. Our mechanic, Chris, was so personable and understanding. He walked me through all the repairs and explained with so much patience. He was even willing to repeat himself to my husband after calling me. I jumped for joy when I went to pick up my car and saw the finished product. She (my car named Daisy) was as new as she could get without actually being new. She looked beautiful again and you can't even tell there was ever work done on her. We would one hundred percent bring our car back. I have even grabbed a few business cards to give out if anyone ever needs a referral. Very thankful to these awesome people!

The over all experience was amazing. Our work truck was involved in a hit and run. They took a bad situation and made it better. From the time i walked in the door until the time i drove back out of the parking lot with our perfectly repaired truck! Everyone was perfect!

Arizona collision Tempe was easy to work with. First time being in an accident so I was sure what my best options were. Definitely didn’t want to do an in network shop but through a coworker having great experience he was quick and confident to refer Arizona collision Tempe. I’m glad I came here being they replaced parts with oem products and the total outcome of the repair looks as if nothing happened and just went through a fresh detail. Working with Sydney and Daisy was a breeze. They were always up to date and had no problem answering any questions I needed answered. Truck was done on the day they told me. Thank you again

The team was great and fixed my bike to a new like condition. I had a small crash but enough to do sizable damage. I couldn’t buy a new tank due to the age and they exceeding my expectation as it looked brand new. Thanks again!!
